street names - Many thanks to your member ,Margret who very kindly and efficently responded to my enquires into PYMAN STREET = IN WHEATLEY HILL unfortunately the colliery houses are no longer there..I am piecing my family tree together and located them in wheatley hill on the 1901 census ,the family for ref= is Humphrey Owens ,wife Charlotte Owens(nee Willliams)and children as then the youngest left at home were ginnie(annie) edward (teddy) beatrice (beattie) and my grandad William rupert Owens. When the family was prior to this in Ferryhill there was also selina, rosie(rosa),Martha, and Sarah jane not then with them??? still looking for her must of left or died before this ,they lived in two places ,prior to this in Staffordshire, and humprey was from merionethshire Wales, and charlotte from flint flintshire ,Wales.Your site is of great value to people like me .After christmas i will come and visit the heritage centre .Also over the next month or so im uploading family shots to the computer with my new scanner off santa, and if you are interested i could email at the time some pics of the family if you like??||Yhanks once again ,thanks Margret ,thanks one and all .David Lawson ( bloodlineage name Owens)...
